I like the Yamaha swabs best, because they are absorbent, but not so
thick that they can't be pulled through the instrument without difficulty
(not to mention ripping). I also like the weight and its cover better on
the Yamaha swabs - it seems to be of a softer material. The ribbons on
the Buffet and LeBlanc swabs seem abrasive, even after multiple washings. My
local dealer charges about $4 for a Yamaha swab.
