For those who think "blow-out" is real: the idea that saliva clogs up
the pores of the wood reminds me of what happens to old reeds. Maybe
an occasional swabbing with hydrogen peroxide would rejuvenate your
bore the way a soak in H2O2 revives dead reads. Just a thought... :-)
