There's a fun piece called Excursions (Variations on a theme of Paganini)
by Keith Ramon Cole- he's from Birmingham and the piece is published by
Emerson, so it should be easy for you to get. It's for unaccompanied bc.

I also like the Suite by Canadian composer Gary Kulesha, for bc and piano-
it's a little heavier but a good piece. The Canadian High Commission can
probably help you get a copy from the CAnadian Music Centre.
