Francaix wrote the cadenza. The cadenza is printed in the clarinet part
only (not the score) of the edition published by Editions Max Eschig, 48
rue de Rome, Paris, copyright 1974 (M.E. 8141).

By the way, there is also a version of this piece for clarinet and chamber
orchestra. I am not sure, but I would assume that the parts are available
from the same publisher.
