I got so many private E-mails on my query about .tar files that I can't
answer them all individually without wearing out my keyboard with ===s and
coms and edus and orgs.

By collecting all the advice I received, I was able to go onto the net
and download the utilities I needed to untar the files. Couldn't have
done it without all of you. Thanx.

P.S. When I finally got the files untarred and checked out the contents,
I had a lot of useless garbage. This has happened to me many times. When
it comes to the internet, there is less than meets the eye. But, without
it, I would never have found KLARINET, which has some of the nicest
people you'll find anywhere.
