I've got a couple favorite notes on my bass - 3 out of the 4 Eb's (the
first-line one sucks...), low F, and looooooooow C. My contra's best
note, when I still played him, was loooooow D. But he's retired now, and
hopefully will be replaced soon (he's almost 60 years old! seriously!)
