Chinhee,

I have just spent the last semester correcting my anchor
tonguing, and it has been the biggest challenge that I have ever faced in
my playing.

I think the best thing to do is to start out tonguing quarter notes at
60, then eighths, then 16ths, and move the metronome up 2 beats (if
possible i.e. 60 - 62) and start the process over again. Make sure the
back of your tongue is kept high. the way I do this is to feel the sides
of my tongue against my back molars. It really helps.
