Forgive me for using klarinet for a personal note, but I can't seem
to reach Melanie Groundsell any other way...Jim Fay

Greetings, I tried for weeks to send e-mail to you via vlsgrnsl@-----.
ac.uk, but it kept getting bounced back after a few days.

I did receive your note concerning having the British Clarinet & Saxophone
Society Journal also carrying the column I'll be writing for the Clarinet
Magagine.

Yes, I'd love to do that, and would be happy to make sure that it is not
simply a carbon copy of the article for Clarinet. Somehow I think they
might object, but I think it would be fun to make it different anyway.

I'd love to hear more about this, and if it would be possible to see
a copy of the Society Magazine, that would be great. My home mailing
address is P.O. Box 1822, Upper Marlboro, MD 20773-1822

My understanding is that the deadlines for The Clarinet are
Sept 10, Dec 10, March 10, May 10, and so I'm starting to draft one for
the May 10 date, which should be done well before that.
