For both lists - a newly formed publishing company, specializing in
woodwind music of all sorts, is preparing a new arrangement of VW's 6
Studies for Clar and String Quartet with the blessing of VW's family and
publisher - clarinet part remains as in the original.
The name of the publisher is International Opus, and if you're a member
of the NFA or ICA, you'll be getting a mailing soon. The arrangements I
know from this catalogue a mostly first rate, and there's some good
original stuff too. If you're not a member of either organization, and
want to get *still more* advertising in your snail mail, e-mail me
privately and I'll pass your address on to International Opus for a
catalogue. Then you can bug them to get on-line for yourself!
