No, I think you're confused.
SHERBET is flour,sugar and bicarbonate of soda. It fizzes on your tongue.
It is not cold, otherwise it would melt when I am playing which really
would be sick.
SORBET is like ice cream except made with water. It is extremely popular
in Europe, especially in France. It is normally lemon or blackcurrant flavour
..It is cold. I don't know if you have it in America-your'e probably to

busy eating Ben & Jerry's....
This only leaves one question-what is
