These are pretty good suggestions, but if you really want to kick some ?!*%
play a transcription of Eric Dolphy's improvisation to "God Bless the Child."
It is challenging! Uses the complete range of the instrument up to high
'f', very fast in sections and musical throughout. You can sit down with a
recording and transcribe it yourself, or ask me for a copy. I am willing to
sell it for cost of photocopy, postage and some for handling.
