Subj: Bass cl part in Poulenc "Gloria"
Date: Tue, 28 Mar 1995 03:03:01 -0500

OK, we're doing the entire Poulenc "Gloria" for oratorio this spring.
The bass cl part is almost entirely in bass clef, save for a couple spots
in treble clef. My question is, would I play the trble clef passages as
I "normally" play treble clef parts, or would I kick those spots up an
octave? We just started reading it today, and I played those parts as I
normally would, and Luis didn't tell me otherwise, so I'm guessing I'm
doing it right. Any discussion?
