I have three books of solos for bass clarinet with piano accompaniment:
Ten Solos for Concert and Contest, arranged by William Rhoads (Southern
Music Co,)
Paris Soir, arranged by Walter Skolnik (Edition Musicus)
Concert and Contest Collection, compiled by H. Voxman (Rubank)
They are at the level of a mediocre amateur, which is what I am.
