Subj: contrabass ligatures

I play BBb contrabass clarinet in a local band here in Lethbridge, Alberta
Canada. About three years ago I had the misfortune of the lower screw
on my ligature breaking completely off one side of the ligature. I was
wondering if anyone on the list knows of a place or service that I could
order a new BBb Contrabass ligature, or of a way to repair the old one.

P.S. Has anyone ever tried rubber bands or shoelaces on a contrabass?!?
