I go to Eastman, and we have just recently had some experience with both of
those instruments. The Festivals are amazing instruments. One of my close
friends just bought a set of them. They play smoothly and evenly in all
registers and have a slightly brighter sound. Other features include the
left-hand e-flat and the octave key is placed in a different spot (higher,
if I'm not mistaken).

The green line clarinets were pretty good. They are very similar to the
R-13, but our (the studio's) only complaint was that the sound of a
green-line is not quite as resonant as the R-13. The wood also doesn't look
as pretty. :-) Mr. Grant was sent one and he tried it briefly in the
Rochester Phill. in a rehearsal, and then he brought it to studio class.
