Subj: Shostakovich Piano Concerto

With a university orchestra I am going to play Shostakovich PIano Concerto
in few weeks. The last movement is very fast (M.M.quarter note = 144-160),
still there are sixteenth notes staccato in Clarinet part.
It looks like this:

7 !!!! ! !! ! ! ! | !! -> sixteenths, ! -> eighths
8 **** * ** * * * | ** *

If you have played this piece, how would you deal with it? How would you
practice it? This is really too fast for my tongue.
