FYI, there was a discussion around this subject a short while back on the
list. The other expression that he commonly uses is:

Schalltrichter in die Hoehe (the oe stands for o with an umlaut)
mit aufgehob. Schalltrichter
aufg. Schalltrichter
aufgehob. Schalltrichter

You get the idea. "Aufgehob.," "Aufgeh.," and "Aufg." are all used to mean
"raised". Schalltrichter means "bell" (of a wind instrument). Hoehe means
"elevation".
