It is available in the back of the Langenus Method (pt. 3?) along with
the 12 Mozart Duos K.487 and the Beethoven Duos (for Cl & Bsn) arranged
for 3 Bb Clarinets.

Another fine trio is by Allan Blank, published by Associated. The title
escapes me, and I shudder to think of trying to find it before the "time
out" feature of the U of Richmond Vax kicks in. I'll look and report again
if you'd like.
