Fellow Clarinetists....
Thanks so much for all of your great suggestions for solo
clarinet works. My university library is quite pathetic... I think I
found 3 pieces and they were all about worthless. I thought I'd let you
know that I have decided to perform a couple of sections of the Bach 4th
Cello Suite... a suggestion that someone made, I don't remember who. My
boyfriend is doing the transcription for me. He's a bass trombone player
who has played most of the Cello Suites. It looks like fun music... I
hope I can pull it off. Thanks again for your time and effort for
helping me out. This list has been a much better reference than any of
the libraries on my campus!!!!
