I have been reading about the poor Eb with great interest, never having
tried one, althoughb I am having great fun trying to master the Bb bass.
I had no idea that the Eb presented such difficulties. All the more it
makes me appreciate the jazz musicians who have managed to master the
horn, particularly Vinny Golia, Hamiet Bluiett, and Joe Lovano!
