I, too, have looked for a saxophone mailing list (or newsgroup), and I
don't think there is one available. Maybe we'll hear from someone who has
found one. However, for the other doublers out there who might be
interested, there *is* a flute mailing list. It uses a slightly different
mechanism from this clarinetist list; to subscribe, send an e-mail message
to

flute-m-request@-----.ca

with the following line in the body of your message:

subscribe <Yourfirstname> <Yourlastname>

I've noticed that the tone (of discussions) on the flute list tends to be
softer and gentler, but usually less lively and interesting, than that on
the clarinet list.
