I'm not sure about the Concerto, but the Quintet K. 581 in the Neue Ausgabe has
some articulations in it, including some slurs that are written in dotted
lines, but for the most part the 16th note runs are all tongued, or at least
left up to Stadler to do as he pleased. The recording of the Quintet that I
like the most (Alan Hacker and the Salomon Quartet on period instruments,
including the basset clarinet) is very consistent with the articulations given
in the Neue Ausgabe.
