Robin,
Supplementation with alfalfa and an increase in omega 3
oils(found in many deep freshwater fish) has proven to relieve arthritis
symptoms in a very natural way. I know many people who are having amazing
results with these supplements.
Anyone with allergies out there? Try alfalfa. Translated from
Arabic meaning "father of all foods", alfalfa will relieve you of your
allergy syptoms. No joke. It works for me!
