I (now) find it difficult to play in the mornings, since my arthritis
is worst then. However, I'm intrigued by all this talk of playing on
a full stomach. I regularly find myself suffering quite severe
stomach upset from playing in my clarinet choir (in the evening) if
I've eaten before I go there.
Is _that_ an old/middle-aged person's thing, or am I unusual in this?
