For a classical clarinet piece, try the Donizetti Studio Primo.
It is technically very difficult, if you take it fast, but has
a very traditional sound so that an audience won't have to
think to appreciate it.
As far a high B to C#, try fingering the high B as usual, and
then trill by hitting the bottom two side keys with your RH. Or
you could always just lift your thumb, and play the C# like
an overblown F# (bottom space on the staff).
