I have a very old (well, relatively!) vinyl recording of the Jean Francaix
"Concerto pour clarinette et orchestre" performed by Jacques Lancelot and the
Orchestre de Chambre de Nice. Also on this record is piano music of
Jean-Michel Damase (very listenable stuff, too!).

The pressing, which may well be out-of-print (probably for some time now,
since I acquired it in the mid-70's, I believe), is:
