April, do you know about the Sonatina for Solo Clarinet by Hunter
Johnson? It's a relatively conservative piece and fun to play. It's been
recorded by a North Carolina clarinetist (Hunter Johnson is
composer-laureate for the state of NC). I don't have recording information
at present, but it's included on a cd of HJ's works.
