I am pledging Sigma Alpha Iota this semester, and as part of the pledge
requirements I must participate in a pledge recital. I don't have time
to deal with finding an accompanist, so I was wondering if any of you
clarinetists have any suggestions for any solo clarinet literature. I'm
not really into a lot of twentieth century "weird" music...I'd like
something a little more traditional. I'm sorry if this request seems
vague, I guess I'm not really sure what I'm looking for myself.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ps- does anyone have a good alternate trill fingering for the b above the
staff to a c#? I can't find one that's not too awkward or way out of tune.
