There is an old recording, that is quite good, with Maurice (?) Gabai.

Francaix told me in a letter I received this past summer that it has also
been recorded recently by Phillipe Cuper, another excellent French
clarinetist.

I don't have the label information for either of these, but someone out
there on the list must. Help....
