F.Y.I. The Armstrong and Artley clarinets (even the resin ones) have
R-13 measurements. I believe that they are the only "plastic" clarinets
that are not molded. They also have undercut and overcut tone holes.
The R-13 is the only Buffet to have the overcutting. Design for the
Armstrong & Artley was by one of Moenig's "right hand men".
