I know they're different, because I've owned both: I restored a Kohlert
B-flat Albert system, and traded it for a Clemens Wurlitzer A Oehler.
The Oehler has many more keys. The Oehler relates to the Albert sort of
like the full-Boehm does to the standard Boehm, but somewhat more so. I
has rings for every finger, lots of little vent holes, and some extra keys.

Well, let me count... yes, my Oehler has 16 keys, while the Albert had 12
or maybe 13. So they're not synonymous, but definitely related: Oehler
is an Albert with extra rings and keys.
