Hello- I have a chart issued by Vandoren, which is not up to date but
presumably they haven't made any big changes in existing models. In fact
the only one of the three you mention on the chart is the B45Lyre, which
is listed with tip opening 1.27 (wide), facing lgth. 22mm (very long).

The V360 is certainly not a new model- I think I remember playing one in
high school (~1978). It may have been discontinued (?).

If your specs are right for the M13, maybe it's a German style facing?
I've never played one myself, but I've read that they're very close and
long (and also narrower).
