Justin,
Why don't you try either Library of Congress or the Clarinet
Archives at University of Maryland, College Park (I forget the exact name
but it is the arhives of the ICA and is, I think, administered by Norman
Heim). As far as I know, L.of C. will
make xeroxed copies of works in the Public Domain. Also, do you know
the publisher? Often THEY will do "authorized reproductions" (AKA
xeroxes) for a sometimes-not-too-large fee. Good luck.
