When I was in Turkey some time ago I heard a group that included a
wonderful young clarinetist playing a local metal instrument and was
quite taken with the sound. I had no idea they were in G. Is it a
Western tempered scale? Someone tried to sell me one for $75, which is
alot of money there, but it seemed to be very badly made and I had no
mouthpiece to try it out with. I was curious about the scale, however.
