David Niethamer mentioned Mark Jacobi in Philadelphia as a reference for a good
repairman. I'm given to understand from the top players here in the Bay Area
that he is one of the finest clarinet repairmen in the country. If you're in
the Philadelphia area, Mr. Jacobi would be a good person to contact. If your
in the San Francisco area, on the other hand, you won't get better workmanship
than through Clark Fobes.
