This is a great fingering- I think what it does is to produce the high C
as a 5th harmonic instead of 3rd, which makes it really easy to slur
softly to high c#. Also slightly lower in pitch than the standard
fingering, which is usually sharp (but not on my Rossi clarinets :-) )
