William O. Smith wrote a great set of studies using multiple sounds with
some great loud ones. It is called Fancies, Multiple Sound Studies. I
called Eble a couple of months ago and was told it was out of print. In
talking with Smith last evening, he said he would check into that as he
thought they were still in print. They were published by MJQ Publishing.

By they way, he and Gerry Errante will be doing a recital together at the
ClarinetFest in July. I hope you can be there to talk to both the masters
of contemporary clarinet.
