Because they are not trying to appeal to clarinet players, for one
thing! When you and Neil put out your recordings I will be very anxious
to hear them.

I, too, took in a breath or two after Neil's message. As a Jack Brymer
student I learned much more about what American playing was all about
than what the British were doing. When I have the time I would like to
go into this more for I have a feeling we may be dealing with some
provincial thinking.
