Adam,

Some of the composers of romantic quintet music that come to mind are
P. Taffanel, Damase (Dix Sept Variations) plus Klughart and Arrieu.

Probably the most romantic and popular composition for the genre
(except that it is a sextet [for wind quintet and piano]) is by
Ludwig Thuille.

This is all first-rate music and should be in your quintet's
library. Please let me know if you have any questions about this stuff.
