I asked if someone could send me a copy of the article I wrote for Clarinet
magazine in which Jerry Pierce's death was commemorated. Three people said
they would do so and all of the bugged out. I hope that guilt overwhelms
them when they read this note and that will cause their lips to pucker,
their reeds to rot, and their teeth to lose that Ipana smile.
