I was watching a bass clarinetist play in a jazz band on PBS (The Great
American Jazz Band?) and I wondered - could anyone supply a list of a few
recordings so I could get an idea of what the instrument can do in a solo?
I've tried to solo with some licks I use on sax but they just don't seem
right, somehow. Anyone?
