I will try to get this set through interlibrary loan. A book I have just
ordered is Ken Dorns Multiphonics. It is basically for sax and since I play
tenor I'll give it a shot.

It's available through Jamey Aebersold Jazz Aids. Call for a catalog. Leave
your name, address, and phone number on the machine. 1-800-456-1388. Even
if your not interested in this book, I would suggest getting a catalog, it's
worth it. Also ask for the Double Time Jazz Catalog with your message. It's
a catalog with many jazz CD's listed at discount prices.
