I discovered this fingering awhile ago. If you finger a B right in the staff
and use plenty of lip pressure and air, you should be able to get a "honking"
sound. Another one: D in the staff, half-hole the bottom finger of the right
hand and you should be able to get high F way above the staff but if you
experiment you can get a "happy-medium" between the two. Good luck!.
