I have an o'brien OB* crystal mouthpiece that I've used for 20 years! I like
the clarity & brilliance of it. In fact for jazz & band work I have an
inexpensive clear plastic Buffet student model clarinet (with copper keys)!
It projects well and is great for that type of work. I was not impressed with
the elite. I prefer buffet's RC bore model horn for concert work (but can't
afford it!)
