A book which I haven't seen on any of the lists published so far is:
Robert Willaman, The Clarinet and Clarinet Playing.
(Yes, it's the same title as the Pino book, but it's much older - 1949. Pino
lists it in his bibliography.)
I found this book very useful, as well as enjoyable, when I was pretty much
of a beginner. I suspect that it's out of print now, but it might be in some
libraries.
