Bruce,

Keith Stein wrote a book (quite a while ago) - I can't remember the
name...possibly "The Art of Clarinet Playing"...somebody help me out
here. Anyway, he [Stein] disucsses embouchure formation. I think it's a
great book. If you're interested, I'll find out the particulars (like
the title!).
