I have never seen a curved barrel for clarinet, but I have seen
them for old basset horns. I am not certain that you could get a curve
out of wood, but you could possibly have a barrel section made in a
"knee" joint configuration. There is a fellow who used to live in your
area and noe resides in Vermont who made copies of old clarinets and he
might be able to help you:
