I've never heard of the piece personally, but if I were in England (as I
see you are) the person I would call for info is Pamela Weston- a
wonderful lady, she's national chairperson for England of the
International Clarinet Society, writes books about clarinetists, and knows
everything there is to know (well, lots anyway). I don't have a phone
number but she lives at 30 Turney's Orchard, Chorleywood Bottom,
Hertfordshire. (I just love that address!)

There's also a woodwind music dealer that I used to order from in England-
June something-or-other. Can't find my old catalog. Bother.
