Dearest Klarinettists:

Hello. My name is Chris Avery and I'm an orchestral performance
student up here at Wilfrid Laurier University, in Waterloo Ontario. I'm
a bit of a compumoron, so I've just been reading postings (with great
interest) without becoming directly involved in any discussions on the
board. I think what the board is doing is terrific, especially for us
students.
Now, this has probably been discussed on the board, but I'll ask
anyways. What is the best reed-trimmer on the market? I seem to get
mixed reviews whenever I ask anybody up here over Vandoren and Cordier
(sp? oh well). I'd try them all out myself, but on a student budget,
it's difficult.
Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated.
