The Marlboro list is quite an impressive one. Having studied in New York I
think I can fill you in on some of the clarinetists you have been questioning
about.

Charles Russo is currently principal clarinet with the New York City Opera
and teaches at the Manhatten School of Music. He was also the principal clari
net with the Symphony of the Air (Stokowski conductor) and was principal
clarinet with the New York based Columbia Symphony Orchestra.

David Singer is performs with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and other
ochestras throughout the New York area.

One person on the list I am curious about is Albert Regni. Could this be the
same Al Regni that is the on call saxophonist with the NY Phil.?

Hope this sheds some light on these clarinetists.
